Consideration of allegations of irregularities in the transaction for the sale of part of South African Airways, with Minister of Public Enterprises

The Committee met with the Minister of Public Enterprises on the allegations of irregularities in the transaction for the sale of part of South African Airways. Members were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements before the meeting continued. Despite initial objections by the Chairperson to the request of the Minister that the meeting be conducted in camera, the public and the media were excluded from the meeting.
