Municipal Performance Management Technical Digest

This technical digest comes as a part of COMPACT’s response to the recommendation that performance management at all levels be prioritised through providing sufficient information and support to councillors and municipal employees. This is for them to understand their roles and responsibilities in the municipal accountability value chain and for them to perform their duties to ensure service delivery to communities.
