GTAC
This presentation, co-hosted by Sibongile Nkosi (Goshen Business & Career Advisory Services) and Mamonei Ndaba (ZNP Solutions), explored how data-driven systems are transforming inclusive and transparent infrastructure delivery in South Africa. It highlighted the Inclusive Procurement Management System (IPMS) — a performance-linked digital framework that sets inclusion targets, tracks contractor performance and enhances procurement transparency through real-time data and accountability. The session also features the GRIT-FIT Edge Programme, which builds a pipeline of young entrepreneurs by equipping graduates with technical skills and linking them to procurement opportunities through mentorship, incubation, and sector-specific training. Together, these initiatives strengthen institutional capacity, expand participation, and embed inclusion and evidence-based decision-making across infrastructure and enterprise development systems.
