What support do young people need to successfully enter and participate in the labour market? This session explores the Basic Package of Support (BPS), an evidence-based approach to improving employment outcomes for young people by addressing the multiple barriers they face in accessing work – including career guidance, psychosocial support, referral services and local partnerships.
