This infographic summarises practitioner insights from the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial eProcurement Dialogue, highlighting demand-management challenges and the need for integrated procurement systems. It outlines priorities for designing digital reform around people and processes, strengthening integrity and oversight, and moving from planning to implementation.
